Linens and Things, Bed and Bath, and the Christmas Tree Shop carry decorative soaps at reasonable prices. TJ Maxx, Target and Walmart have the soaps sometimes and their prices are better. Specialty bath shops are the most expensive.

The soap in the Christmas Tree costs $1-2 per box of 4-6 bars. It's a real bargain if the store stocks want you need.

The other guy is right, Bed Bath and Beyond but I also found them on Ebay a lot cheaper and a million styles to choose from.
