What is your idea of a really great night out?
Question:I have been given a task at work to do a presentation of some ideas that i think will bring really good business to our club. were a night club in london...play all types of music.. but i want to do something different... the club has 2 floors... the main floor can hold 750 people and the second floor can hold 250 people... the VIP room can hold 100 people. has anyone got any really good ideas? This can range from music to decorations to themes etc... all answers will be very much appreciated! What are you in to?? what is your idea of a really great night out in our club?

get a great rock band, invent games for prizes, you know food drinks and stuff, make sure your employies are fun to be around, not just one night but every. put yourself in the place o the customer.
well i love the country bars,, sooo if you have two floors make one floor a certain kind of music/bar and the next floor another kind of music/bar,, people would love that,, cause i know when i got to a bar that has different levels and different things it is way much funner,, oh and make sure your lady workers have a great personality,, nothing like a cranky bartender
new clubs now are rather clean in lines. usage of white or neutral colors are quite cool nowadays. monitors are built in the walls, blue lights are flushed w/in the walls, silver clean trusses/for your audio & lightings, a waving bar counter using acrylic sheets. use a lot of couches & lounge seats.
basically make your bar very light & neutral, as if ur surrounded by water & sand. use that scheme. use more lightings instead of decors. use natural materials like rocks, water flowing on glass, bubbles-waterwalls for partititions. the less clutter u have the more chic it is. being minimal in fixtures helps u alot w/ floor & space traffic/management-esp. a bar
as i have read ur in london- sometimes the success of a commercial establishment such as yours, is when its designed exactly the opposite of the actual environment outside.
audio? go lounge, ambient & a little house just to kick it up a notch.
