Decorating yards?
Question:For my best friends birthday i want to decorate her yard. Last year i put in balloons what should i use this year. No flamingo's

It depends on how much you want to spend. It might be good to surprise her with a nice piece of statuary that she could use somewhere permanently. ok this is a little over the top but a chocolate fountain and tons of fresh fruit( on a table of course), an ice scuplture of her, a DJ, all of her friends,an inground swimming pool, more ballons, confetty, and a new car. Now thats waht i call a surprise party. Good enough for you? Or just too expensive?
