What's the best way to find a specific fabric pattern?

Question:I have 2 love seats that have custom made slipcovers from my cousin. I have a couch laying around that I would like to have a slipcover made for with the very same pattern. There's no tags or ID on the fabric...what's the best way to track it down?

That is a tough one and almost impossible without simply getting the information from your cousin. But, even if you did know, the fabric would most likely be from a different dye lot so it would look different. You also would have some wear and tear or fading. It is best to start from scratch and get fresh slipcovers for all.
