What store is the best for selling TV's? and which is the best for couches?

Question:I'm assuming like walmart for the TV's, but i'm not sure. and I have no idea where the best place to get a couch would be at. it doesn't have to be the same store just give me two answers.

I do check with Walmart first for TV's-- have bought several there over the years and been happy. When I go for the big, HDTV I'll either go there or Sam's-- HOWEVER ... Walmart isn't always the lowest price-- check around.
Couch-- well, depends.. if you want something to do you for a few years-- check out sales in the newspaper-check out Salvation Army- if you live around a military installation-- the folks when they move frequently sell all the big stuff-- Otherwise-- watch local ads, learn how to determine what is good and what isn't-- and compare.
To me ( and I'm retired) it depends on how long you want the couch to last-- and what you want from it. Those questions only you can answer.
