The best way I figured to do it was by using fingernail polish and then when it's dry painting on the clear coat.
Sounds wierd, but it works.. plus it leaves it shiny and pretty.
LoL Grew up in Florida, by the beach.. we thought of plenty things to do with stuff on the beach.
Also, fingernail polish comes in s0o0o0o many colors.. solids, pastels, glitter... you name it!
