I need ideas to decorate a female room??

I would say choose frilly curtains something lacy and nice . and paint some girly colors.
Target has a LOT of GREAT things! They have a simply shabby chic for a more classt look and then many other types for a more bright teenage like room and even some things and ideas for girls who are more sophisticated. I would take the girls personality and age into effect here. If she is young polka dots are SUPER hot along with pink and green and bright blue being very hot colors. Think of things she likes and her favorite colors... find a perfect comforter or duvet cover (thing that goes over a comforter) and go on from there!

You didnt give much direction but the "lots of fresh colors" made me think of my friend's bedroom.
She wanted a very colorful room, so she painted each wall a different color (i think it was purple, green, orange and yellow) and put artwork up on each wall in the color of the wall across from it (i.e. purple art on the yellow wall, yellow art on the purple wall). I always loved that idea.

Decorating a females room is going to be very dependent on how old she is and what her personal tastes are. Patterns like Polka dots, stripes, argyle, and plaid are very in for teenagers and younger girls. Bright colors and clean lines are usually a safe bet. If she is a teen or in her twenties the middle picture looks like a good one (you can always get the things in different colors).
