Teen room redesign?
Question:i redesign my room almost every year because i love to flare things up and change things around. last year was this beachy theme, this year i want something bright, colorful, and cozy. im thinking about lime green for the walls. but what about the rest of the room ? i have a huge white comforter, and furniture that will go with anything. any ideas ?

Well if you are going for a lime green, some ideas to accent it would be:
Use a different color to accent posters or pictures. If you have posters but no frames, paint an outline 4 inches wider than the poster. That way, when you put the poster up, it is "framed" by the paint.
Another thing to do is if you have a framed picture you want on your wall, try painting a circle with a different color. When you hang the picture up in the middle of it, it will give a "grander" look to the picture.
You can also paint one wall with magnetic paint. It may take about 2 to 3 coats. Over top of the magnetic paint, paint the wall with your room color. Then that wall will be a magnet! You can put tons of things up there without damaging the wall.

Lime and beige seem to work, maybe use some mirrors and change your window coverings. Take a look at Ikea.com and potterybarn.com for some ideas. I wish I had the creativity to design my room!
I was looking through seventeen and they have some awesome things that would fit your theme. It has some awsome stuff in it, and the theme is "Groovy Garden." It has a really cool feel to it without being too childish.
