Rental House Question. 4 Bedroom 3 Bathrooms. 9 People? Where does the extra bed go?

Question:I am renting out my 4/3 to 9 students fully furnished for the remainder of the summer. Room 1 is the second smallest but has the largest bathroom. Room 2 is the largest but has the smallest bathroom. Room 3 and Room 4 share a bathroom equal to Room 1 and are the 2nd largest and smallest rooms. Which Room should have 3 beds? I want to make the decesion before they come so there is no problems. Thanks in advance for all your help.

Answers:
The biggest bedroom should have the 3 beds. The students will move them anyway. We rent houses to students, too.
But only one per bedroom. We find that when 3 live together, they fight. Good Luck!

let them take care of it lol i can only assume they will after you leave
room 2??

might try a trundle bed which looks like 1 bed but rolls out of the bottom at night and rolls back under the bed during the day. no space problems.

bunk beds make it easier to utilize sleeping arrangements too.
I think you should put it in the largest room.
got a spare storage room,?our hospital is using those for patients now,...really,but it sounds like sardines in your house.
.I never could live with roommates, much less in such close quarters,I hope they take care of your home.Maybe room 2??
