Answers:
If these are all the choices you are willing to explore then #4 is best.

#1 crunches the standing space in front of the fridge for no good reason.
#2 does not have adequate counter space next to the fridge.
#3 & #4 are the same except the larger fridge in #4. It looks like this kitchen is large enough to need the larger fridge.

The base storage and counters around the range looks pinched in all the plans.

I think a better approach might be to use the back and right leg walls for an L-shaped kitchen with and island. With nothing at all on the left wall.

Then the fridge could go on either leg, and the range on the other leg or on the island. You could also use a cooktop and separate wall ovens with that scenario.

Since the island would be closer to the sink wall (42" is fine), there would be more space on the other side of it than scenarios 1-4. And still plenty of room for seating at the island.

Cabinet cost would be less as well because we eliminate one corner and corner cabinets are the most expensive ones.

It's a toss up between 2 and 4, considering traffic flow and room for the doors to open up with someone standing at the fridge.
However with someone standing at the fridge in 4, there might not be room for someone else to enter the kitchen.

So my final answer is 2.
I like #2 as well. I think it's a better work triangle.
As a kitchen designer myself, I'd say #2 or #4. #2 will limit your counter space to the right of the fridge, though. #4 backs the fridge in a bit so people can still walk in if the fridge door is open. They won't feel squished between the peninsula and the opened fridge door. I like #4, just don't get a side by side fridge if you store a lot of food :) The two doors is nice becasue they take up less room when you open them, but if you want that feature and still want adequate storage for large things (like pizza boxes and big bowls of salad), I'd look into a french door fridge wit ha bottom freezer.

I know that's getting knit-picky, but just something to consider!
i like #2 the extra cabinet was a big decider for me.
