What to use to attach (glue?) cloth to a pleather chair?

Question:i have some curly fleece which would feel much better on my chair that i use in my little painting studio. the only considerations is that the fleece be attached well, without sewing, and not have any kind of strong smell (from any kind of adhesive, if that be what you suggest).

Answers:
use a stapler

Do not even try ... slip cover it or toss it and buy a new or used one that is real leather of fabric cover
