Check with the council ! ! !
Ask the planning department of your local council. But even if it isn't a listed building, be careful. Your tenancy agreement (if you rent the flat) or deeds (if you own it) usually prohibit aerials/dishes on the outside, to prevent the building starting to bristle with antennas. Anyway, you don't rent or own the exterior walls or the airspace outside them, so an aerial would be a trespass, and the fixing holes would damage someone else's property.
If your windows face the right way, aerials and sometimes even dishes can be rigged indoors, but they are big and do rather detract from the interior design and decor.
