How should I go about repainting a clock?

Question:Not a big deal, but I own a small clock purchased from Pottery Barn. The exterior is wood, painted yellow. Is it acceptable to use wall paint to repaint the clock's exterior? Should I sand before repainting?

Answers:
If the original paint is peeling, I would recommend hand sanding. Otherwise, you can go ahead and paint it with any type of latex paint..just be sure to use a good brush! A good brush versus paint will give you a quality look!
