Answers:
Stripes like this. One Blue from floor to ceiling about 12 inches think, then One Orange from Floor to ceiling about 1 inch thick, then Green from floor to ceiling about 12 inches thick then Orange from floor to ceiling about 1inch thick... and so on. You might want to measure your room and make some adjustments to the sizes but you get the idea.

Paint walls green
tur bedding and curtains
green accessories such as hamper
U should pick 1 nice colour u like. Its better this way
Go to Home Depot, check out their color chips, find 3 colors you like: shade of orange, turquoise and green. THEN, take them home to see how they look with your exisiting rug, furniture, bedspread, curtains, etc...

Next, paint ALL the walls either the turquoise or green, AND paint the ceiling in the other color!! You can paint your closet doors and the back of your bedroom door the orange color.

To make it all work together, go the Target and find some throw pillows in any of those colors, find a lamp, bulletin board that you can paint the edges of, other accessories like waste basket, laundry hamper, curtains or just a valance, throw rug and VOILA! you have your own room full of YOUR personality!!
I would paint all the walls one color (turquoise or light green). Paint the trim and doors a bright white. Use the orange, darker shades of green and turquoise, pinks and yellows in your bedding, rugs, art, accessories, etc. Paint the furniture white, and hang sheer curtains.
You could do stripes instead of polka dots.. might be easier to paint. It's how i'm doing my room. What you could do is paint it blue and then have a big green stripe in the middle all the way around and put orange pinstripes on either side of the green stripe. Just an idea.
take a cardboard box and exsperament a spong looks good paint a small ereagreen let dry and try various tecs other side of box paint blue with variousetecs and ask friends or pick your own and live with it the edge of a spong or you could cut your own shapes out of spong or you could do liike a paint party and splash the walls lot of waist though but so much fun fun? paint ?fun ?paint ?fun ?paint? fun ?paint?fun!!!
I would buy the bedding, throw pillows, and window stuff first, then match the wall paint to those shades of light green, turquoise, and orange.
PAINTING:
1] try WHIT'S idea - turq. with green/orange/green racing stripe idea, or
2] do a diagonal [ about 6" ] orange stripe from bottom left to top right of wall one, and the wall facing it; and diagonal from top left to bottom right of wall two and four. Paint turquoise above it and green below it.
3] do two facing walls turq., and two light green. Paint big [ 12" ] green dots on turq. walls, and big turq. dots on green walls. Paint 1/2 size [ orange, 6" ] dots on all four.
4] paint a focus wall [ the head of bed, or longest wall ] stripes [ 6 - 12" wide ] of green, turq., and orange. Do other walls in green or turq.
5] paint focus wall same pattern as comforteror spread.
FLOOR:
use all green or all turquoise [ not green rugs and turq. rugs ], or a pattern of both colors, in rug
WINDOWS:
1] use turq. curtains/drapes on green walls, and green ones on turq. walls.
2] use orange on all walls
3] use same print as bedding
4] get two sets fof sheers, one each in turq. and green, and put them in the windows
PILLOWS:
add pillows in turquoise, green, and orange solids, or match the bedding.
OTHER:
try to do 60 % of your favorite [ say green ] color, 30% of the second [ turq. ] and 10 % for orange; in pictures, desk or dresser accessories, candle holder and candle, vase, etc.
