I have sucessfully used a light oil to seperate concrete from glass.. I soaked it for affew days then gently peeled it away. A bit messy but does the job..
Get some straight edge razors fo the cement on the windows.
cement on glass can be remove by blade,- shaving blade..
Use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean and then wipe out with plain hot water.
