The restaurant industry has slip resistant shoes that work very well in greasy conditions. But they won't have steel toes or shanks.

Rock climbing shoes. But they are slip resistant because the sole is soft. Wont last that long. But you can buy used rentals cheap.
try the Alpro brand - they are basically the kind of shows that are used for cooks in the kitchen to prevent slipping even on oil stains and other substances but I am sure they will do the gob on roofs as well. they are very very good. you can wash them completely in water after every use. recommended !
Been there...done that, Biggun, and I found the more you pay the less good they are...lol
Just go to Walmart and buy a steel-toed leather workboot with a lot of cleat cuts in the rubber sole and also be sure to buy the oil-resitant labled boot. They cost less than fifty dollars and will last so long you won't remember when you bought them.
The more cleat cuts, the better, because each cut offers the gripping edge needed to prevent sliding.
As you are a contractor, you can probably get an insurance discount as well as a tax deduction if buying those safety boots for your employees also...worked for me...!
