Will the trade-in value on my Moblie Home go down if I paint the walls?

Question:

Answers:
No it shouldn't at all.. as I would think a fresh paint would only make it more re-sale-able..
But I would not go into wild colors tho as that can be a turn off for potential buyers.. stick with subtle colors..

No you can paint them whatever color you want. When you trade it in you can paint them white again.

Not to be mean but the value will go down no matter what you do. Mobile homes are like cars they loose their value every year they age.
I'm gonna say yes. Most alterations to anything brings the value down. Unless it is something that is a major improvement, like putting in new cabinets, new carpeting, stuff like that.
