Go to the paint section of a Hardware Store and get some paint chips that catch your eye.. Bring them home to ponder and you will get a better idea. Something will jump out at you, for sure !!
put paint on ur painbrush and just flick it on the walls...i've always wanted to do that!
Boy - White as he will hang his pictures all over.
Girl - Please ask her.
do natural colors or a mixture of light colors
He is 14, let him pick.
Hunter Green? Orange?? Brown??
just ask he/she what color he/she wants.get a very good piant company or paint the color he/she wants youre self.
I did turqoise on two walls and dark sea foam on the other two. I painted the crown molding lime green. The curtains are white, and the door and closet door are white. I think it's a fun color palette, and the splashes of white keep the room bright, not dreary.
I dont think people realize who's acutally asking the question.
You should do something neutral or one bright/dark accent wall.
I painted my wall turquoise(my favorite color) and it complimented the similar colored items in my room. I was glad I only painted one wall because it would have been too intense if I painted all 4.
Pick your favorite color!
GREEN!!
You should take your cue from your bedding colors.
Are you going to get new bedding ?Or stay with what you have ?
Match the color of your wall to the bedding color.
Your bed could be your focal point, unless you have some great works of art [ in poster form ] that you want in a prominent position.
Have fun.
Good luck

and ,i think , Cammie's Right. You need an "Inspiration Piece".
Something in the room that you love ,and are planning on keeping in the room. or Something you see at a store that You decide to Buy for the Room. it could be a bed spread , a painting.. , a sculpture
Choose a color from the" IP ", and then ,possibly ,use the other colors in your IP, as accent colors.
Then you'd know you are staying in a color palette that is pleasing to you.
You can test colors by painting a section of cardboard and putting it up next to where you'll be sleeping.. If it Too Jangly of a color and distracts you from sleeping you'll know not to go with that color.
Many Paint Stores sell sample colors so you can try this without buying an entire can of paint.
Have Fun!!

ps.. ever heard of "Wallies"
if you go with a somewhat Neutral Color.. you can switch out Your room, just by switching out the 'wallies"
