How should I decorate my New Bedroom?
Question:I am Moving into a new house and I have a medium sized room. How should I decorate it/paint it. I was thinking of Black and Red Or sumthin

If you paint your walls black, make sure you have plenty of light, otherwise, it'll feel like a tomb. Also, in the summer, it will get a lot hotter because darker colors soak up heat & light energy. A bright cherry red paint for the walls with maybe a black and red striped comforter would be cool as well. Whatever you decide, make sure you'll be comfortable with the color for a couple of years until you're ready to paint the room again.
Or, you could keep the walls white, and take cans [or fistfuls] of red and black paint and splatter it all over the walls to give it an artsy look, kind of. It's good if you need to vent your anger!
decorating is all according to taste.
if you prefer it red or black this would make the room very dark.
a light neatrual colour of your choice would be ideal and can be overpainted at any time you want a change, whereas red or black would need to be obliterated with several coats of paint if you wish to change to a lighter colour
Keep the walls white then put black and red polka-dots on it in random spots. Get a matching bedspread and blankets. The carpet can be the color of your choice...An decorate it with things such as clocks, posters, Pictures of friends, Shelves to put little things on.
