What room would you remodel?
Question:If given the choice to remodel one room in your home what room would it be?
Answers:
If your top consideration is resale value, go for a kitchen or bathroom. In our house, I'd do the kitchen first. Buyers tend to dwell more on the appearance of a kitchen. If the kitchen is updated, a buyer would be more comfortable with the thought of an eventual bathroom remodel after they move in.
