sounds nice, green and white look very crisp and clean and fresh. I might go for a bit of a brighter, more limey green though.

If you are referring to a soft pea green vs a puke green, that would look nice. Try to go to with a bluer pea green rather than a yellowish pea green (to avoid the puke green). Get the small paint sample jars to try it out on your wall (they come in 3 or 6 ounce sizes, depending on the brand)
