How can I remove thick clear coat from italian table top as it has turned milky.?


Question:I have tried regular strippers and a heat gun but with little success
problem is I have furniture aswell so I cannot dip it.

Answers:
Sounds like you have an alcohol based shellac coating. Only a rag dampened in a special alcohol will remove it. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and they will show you the product.
