You can't. It is a primary color, like yellow and blue. The other colors are combinations of these three.

yellow + blue = green
blue + red = purple
orange + green, or purple + yellow = brown

umm, to that "lovely" person who gave a thumbs down, I admitted my mistake. What's your problem?
all u have to do is mix yellow with blue
Well, if you are talking about red paint, you can't make red paint per say. Red, Yellow and Blue are primary colors, and although you can make other colors with those three, you will need Red, Yellow and Blue pigments to make those colors. Before we had synthetics, yellow was made with saffron, for example, and blue was made with indigo. Red was made from mineral or sometimes from certain types or root, such as sanguinia.
But if you are trying to make pure red, blue or yellow paint from other colors, it can not be done. You have to get some pure pigment.
Red tones + Blue tones = violets/purple
Red tones + Yellow tones = oranges
Yellow tones + Blue tones = green hues
By red paint
God help us, we are doomed as a society. Red is a primary color, as is yellow and blue. All other colors are combinations of these three.
Doesn't every 5 year old know this?
