Question:For school im going to decorate my locker. the walls of the locker are red, i want to cover them a different color, tho not just regualr construction paper. what should i use to cover them in a design so its not just red walls?

How about getting some velcro tape and lining the interior of the locker. It could be just the top and bottom.
Pick out some fabric and use a pinking sheer to trim the edges or any decorative cutting sheer. Or, you could use a iron on hemming tape. Then apply the opposite side of the velcro to the fabric and attach.
You can always remove the tape so your locker will not be damaged, but do try a sample of the velcro to the locker to be sure it removes easily. You can pick up a small package of circular disks inexpensively.
You could then use double faced tape or additional
velcro to attach light weight accessories, like pictures or zippered pouches that you could store your light weight school supplies (pens, calculator, ruler, note pad, calendar, etc.) or put some spare make-up, comb and small mirror in one. You can just pull the pouch off as needed.
Choose a fine stripe for the fabric so it will not interfere with what you are adding.
Or, you could cut some cork board to tightly fit the space and use push pins to attach your items.
It may still be a good idea to voice your desire and plan to the school officials.
Before you cover you school locker, you need to find out if your school will permit you to do so.
Remember the locker belongs to the school. So before you spend your time, money and energy decorating the locker ask first, because if you do not get approval, they have a right to take everything down.
Next if you do get approval, find out what is permissible.

Contact paper -- You can find different assortments in your local hardware store...they also recommend it for covering your books. It's like a waterproof sticker that comes off. It comes in lots of colors, and you can decorate as much as you like!
This sounds weird but go to a place that sells wallpaper and look at their sample books. You can find tons of idea and with wallpaper you cut it wet the back stick it up, make sure you ask the school first do not use contact paper its hard to work with. Also you could use pictures of Friends and pets places you went over the summer, etc.
