I have 12" x 12" marble tiles in the bathroom that the dog urinated on and I don't know how to clean it.

just wash with warm sudsy water and rinse well...theres a mr clean eraser too if theres a dark mark..but a good wash and rinse should do it
Muratic acid. Be careful because it will burn your skin and lungs.
vinegar and water only. If that doesn't work call tile store. Marble is too expensive to damage.
Bleach and water. If u don't use a lot of bleach it will be fine
To clean marble you will need a "stone poultice" which you get at a stone store then to restore luster you may have to have it buffed. Marble can be tricky and if this is really bad you should call in a professional stone restorer, other wise you really risk etching the marble and making everything a great deal worse. Marble is very porous--test everything in a tiny spot where it will not show.
