I need help with this question about the manufactured home that I am buying?

Question:I want to say its like 16 by 78 or pretty close if not correct but it is 1,190 sqft.. I want to get either the stone or brick skirting for it just because I think it looks so much nicer than the white stuff, I am wondering if somebody could give me an estimate of cost to do the entire skirting? i also own the land it is on and it is 60 by 125 by 99 by 109 I am wondering about cost of a chain link fence and a pre fab 2 car garge. I really appreciate it!

Well it'd help if I knew what part of country you are in, Anyway, Get an estimate from Lowes or Home Depot on the Skirting, Its not hard to put up, Maybe a little digging for the bottom to fit in, As far as Chain link fence, If you can do it yourself you can get an estimate from Both of the above e for parts. Call an fence person and get an estimate, I believe you will want to do it yourself, Rent a post hole digger for post and it will save you lot of time and back ache. Best of luck
