Redecorating room! need ideas --13 year old girl =]?
Question:help me! im a 13 yr old who wants something vibrant and fresh! fav colors are pink and green, but for my room i could go for that or pink, orange, + yellow colors. or i am also thinking of going for black and white theme [like mod]. i think i am pretty sure what bedding i will choose. i have more options, and i want to start with the bedding. there's a teal striped comforter in the following link:http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/ref...

I don't know your daughter's personality, but perhaps pink and black with lime green and white accents -- the walls in pink, with perhaps one green accent wall, perhaps black toille curtains and accent pillows on the bed -- also either a lighter pink or green flokati rug and black lacquered furniture. You could pull the bedding colours from this. ... Just a thought...
i LOVE the last one w/ the orange/hot pink & white... U can keep u'r poster bed w/ that one unless u'r sick of it OR jst cut off the posters...& headboard..etc... or chg it outl...
I would do u'r room in a bright lt almost lime green but not quite. Then paint or find bright flowers like in placemats, bowls etc.. that u could use for u'r headboard instead of what u have. Then go about 1/2 to 3/4 way up the wall.. & paint a few small in size stripes in WHITE. & mayb one of the stripes either a orange or hot pink. Then go to TOWN SISTER!! lt. lime green pillows/cushions... pink rug... orange throw... white frames w/ copies of flowr prints in pink/green/orange... man.. the ideas r racing...
Look at things a bit different & go w/ it. Like take a wire basket in orange or hot pink or green & use for a lamp shade from a hanging lamp from . garage sales or thrift stores...
things like that.
