2 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 living room, 4 people altogether, how much should each persons rent per month be?

-both bedrooms are same size (12x15)
-both bedrooms have two closets each
-living room is 12x18 but person would be using less than that
-person in living room has to share bathroom and one closet with one of the bedrooms

madmax has a point. That would be $415, $415, $415 & $315 which actually = $1560 or $2 over.
If you are the couple and got the place to rent, perhaps $400 for each of you = $800 then $430 for single & $330 for living room (still using the $2 over).
Or create your own variation.
They should all share the rent equally. Why is one person sleeping in the living room? Or - reduce the rent of the person who has the living room by $100, since it's not really private especially with 3 other people and their guests.
