I need tips on how to decorate my room.?
Question:i am almost 16, and i just moved...i need tips on how to organize my things and make a cool room without too much...landlord problems...please help if you have any ideas

You really don't need to spend much money to decorate. I really love Target! You need to get some pretty baskets to help you organize, and get one of those shoe things to hang on your closet door. i really love the colors of chocolate brown with blue or pink. so pick our your fav color and get some pretty lamps and rugs and maybe a cute little chair, and tons of pillows. keep it simple and pretty! good luck~

WALMART, TARGET!! go there and get cheap cool stuff that you like! go for your favorite colors also go to dollar stores they have stuff thats awesome, think cheap. i got a shelf, entertainment center, small rug, 2 lamps for under $100
get thing you like that are cheap! you'll save money and you'll get a pretty good looking room!
well you cant paint the walls, well i wouldnt at least. I would say put a computer, if you have one, near the back of the room. I would then put my bed on the opposite side of your computer if you have a TV put it at the foot of your bed. i Hope this Helps
Check out hgtv.com they have tons of decorating ideas for all ages. Alternatively, why not pick out a favorite object - a painting, or a pretty box. Something that you like the lines and colors of and use it as the inspiration to decorate your room around. It would give you the idea of what colors to use and what style direction to go in.
As far as where to shop, for inexpensive decorative items you can't beat Ikea and Target.

For storage you could get those storage containers from walmart they work wonders. When I was decorating my place, I use to look at those home improvement shows (HGTV) and buy magazines. They have great tips. Most of those tips you can do yourself

if you live near an ikea they have a lot of nice stuff for a good price. also remember to check out the "as is" section first before you buy anything. you can find some great deals.
or you can find nice decorating things for cheap at places like tjmaxx , kohls, target, world market has a lot of neat things. pick a them you might want .. whether its a beach theme..color theme..think of what you like and then choose a couple of things that will make up that theme like a few pictures to hang.. floor rugs..candles..bed set..clock..everything makes up for ur theme that you have in mind. And always keep in mind simple..dont over accessorize cuz then itll look cluttered and disorganized. store things under your bed or if you have closet space..oh and urban outfitters have cute wall art and lamps..or a pretty chandalier you can hang for not too much.. hope i helped a bit .. good luck!
