I need some ideas for my bedroom. im redecorating/ painting it.?
Question:im about to repaint my room and redecorate it. i want to do it two colors but im not sure what.. i have been thinking about pink and green..? but i dont knoow what kinda redecorating to do. like what color walls, what color curtains and bed sheets yeah.. iits gonna be hard. please help :]]]

It is a good technique to go out and look at sheet sets and see if there is one that you feel that is just to die for. When you find that one that really strikes you with you colors in it then use that to "take off" on the rest of the room. Pull your 2 colors out of the sheet set, if they are pink and green you can use the ones in the sheets, manufacturers are very good at making those colors compatible.
Don't stress out about using the exact tone value that is in your sheets-you can go one or 2 shades darker or lighter as long as it is in the same family. I would go with the pink on the walls, go ahead and make it bright-no one is forcing people to stick with pastels anymore and it can be fun. use the green for accent pillows, curtains, blinds, etc.
If you have woodwork, white always unifies the room, if you paint the trim a contrast.

Look at some magazines..you'll be able to actually see what you like.
