Question:i'm looking for the above - quick dry meaning 10 mins maximum dry time. any info folks?

There may be one, however, I hope your not a contractor because you would not be using this on my job. Secondly, these types of products typically only cause more problems down the road for the next person. Even if there is a product like this, there will be plently of disclaimers on the backside why it won't dry in the said time. good luck.
