Remodeling my room. Help please. Professional interior designers, please help?

Question:I am (almost) 15 years old and I am remodeling my room. The problem is that I have NO CLUE what color schemes to use for my walls and accesories. My furniture is a slight color of birch and my doors are white (if that makes any difference).
If it could be possible, Is there any way that I could take a picture of my room, put it in some sort of special program and "paint" the walls to see how it looks?
Also, is it better to paint the walls all the same color or make them different, like two walls yellow, the other two orange for example? And the ceiling? Is it better to leave it white?
Please help. I GREATLY appreciate it.
Just a note: My heart lies in the interior designer field for the future for right now.

I suggest, rather than lime. Use the color tone of "Teal" i dunno if i spelled it correctly. its still limey in shade, but has a more earthy tone to it- easier to fit furniture. and it is not too imposing of a color. its quite relaxing actually.

Try not to 2tone the walls. I suggest u just paint them in one color, cuz if u use 2 colors on parallel. It will narrow down the look of ur room. Making it look smaller.

Well speaking from experience (I'm not a professional) I would suggest paiting your room a light blue. It is said to give a calming effect and supposedly that helps you focus more on studies. My house was designed by a professional but he pained my room purple. To be honest I noticed a significant drop in my academics also. (My room used to be blue and my grades were going great)
I think two yellow walls and two orange would be awesome! leave the ceiling white though... if possible can you paint your furnature also lik the op. coloe (ex: furniture on the yellow wall paint it orange)
Start with an inspiration piece. Do you have a favorite painting or poster from which you can draw colors? Or look for bedding or curtains or some fabric with a print you love. It's easier to match paint to fabric than it is to match fabric to paint.
Painting walls different colors can work nicely if done properly. It's usually best to choose one wall on which to use an accent color rather than painting opposite walls.
As for painting the ceiling -- if your ceilings are high, a dark color will bring them down, so to speak. If they are low, choose a lighter color. White always works (especially if it matches your trim) but I tend to prefer at least a hint of color.
If you have an interesting light fixture, stenciling or painting around the mounting bracket can be really interesting.
Overall, and this will be true for your career as well, you'll need to do your research. It is very difficult for someone to come on here and suggest a color scheme for someone they've never met. Look in your closet. See what colors you're drawn to. Go online and look at bedding. Check out paint websites (Behr, Sherwin Williams, etc.). Go to the library and browse through decorating magazines and books. You're bound to come across something you love from which you can draw inspiration.
Best wishes! And thank your parents for allowing you the freedom to be creative.
I like the idea of the different color walls. Depending on the largest wall paint that one your fav color if it is lime green then do lime green and the remaining walls either white or a very very pale green. The window treatments can be a bold color against the light walls.
