Question:Has anyone ever hung this paintable, textured wallpaper before? im not all to sure on the instructions, it says to soak in water to get it wet and then let it set for 10 min? wont that dry it out and not be able to use? please help me, the only wallpaper that i have ever hung is borders and you get it wet and then apply it to the wall. so please help me if you can with detailed instructions, please.

Answers:
just work with it to find what works best for you. humidity can make a difference. soak it long enough to get it thoroughly wet, and you made need the 10 min. to make it workable. Honestly I always use paste even though it comes with glue on the back. It is much neater and easier. The trick is to have a place to lay it out. A sheet of plywood 4 x 8 on some sawhorses is perfect. Dry fit the next sheet before you hang it, then lay it out on the table, spread the glue with a wallpaper glue brush, then put it on the wall and go over it with a wallpaper spreading brush. then roll the seams ONCE- not too much
