I live in Orlando, Florida UNINCORPORATED Orange County and I want to convert my garage. Do I need permits?

Question:I'm having duct work in my garage so it will become cold from the central air.

I am also having a wall placed BEHIND my garage door so people on the outside can not see what is inside the garage.

I want to create a storage unit in my garage for my companies sole use. I am a distributor of food products. Do I need permits or need to get approval from code enforcement for this? I am ONLY going to store products in there.
Is this feasible?

Answers:
call a LICENSED general contractor and to give you a free estimate and then ask him if he covers any permit cost and see what he says

YEa I Think So
Call and ask.
