Decorative advice?
Question:i have a high necked vase which i used for nothing! i used to have coloured water in it but now it s evaporated. Are flowers an option with such a long vase or is there something more to do with it?

I am an interior decorator and I like to use twigs or branches in tall vases. Curly willow and ***** willow make wonderful decorative statements. If you have a craft store near, they usually have a good selection of dried branches you can use. Now if you want the real thing you can cut them from an existing tree or bush. Be sure to keep the real ones in water. They will last a long time so you should change the water every few days. Be aware that curly willow will take root in water and you can have your own tree if you chose to plant it.
I prefer the dried twigs because they don't need any care and always look great!
Well if you don't want to get too girly than you can go to a Pier One or Michael's and get those long thin branch things to put in the vase which will look nice with a high necked vase.
If you don't mind girlie than cali lily's may look nice in the vase.

How about stones.
Flowers are an option but if your ceilings are high it will take away from the beauty not unless you buy large flowers and keep the vase on the floor in a corner.
