I am looking to repaint my room, and i was wondering how much do paint samples cost?

Question:Well, i have been wanting to repaint my room for awhile, and my dad finally said yes as long as its a light color. I was thinking of trying some paint samples that i paint like a square to see how it looks.

how much do they cost at stores like Home Depot or Lowes?

thanks!

Answers:
There are a few paint companies (found in paint/wallpaper stores) that sell small jars of sample color for $3.00 to $6.00 each. You can test those colors.

Buying paint and it is the wrong color is a costly mistake.
Buying paint on sale is good.

Cost per gallon varies depending on brand so do some research and figure out how much paint you will need before you go shopping.

Buy the best paint you can because in the long run, you will actually spend less money. One coat coverage is good but if your walls are already dark, you may have to put a primer on them to lighten them up and then your paint.

~they are free!~
you can go to any paint store and they have free sample colors list and if you actually want to try a sample like bring it home to put on the wall it is only a few dollars.
