Installing Kitchen Flooring - Before or after carcasses?

Question:Hi all (again!)

Can nyone advise me with the flooring in my kitchen please.

I am installing the moistureproof laminate recomended by my local flooring place (i cant afford tiles!) but do I need to do the whole floor to give me a blank canvas, or do I install my carcaasses first and then ly the laminate inside of the legs that the carcasses sit on?

Thanks in advance
