Where can i install a floor and shelves for my van?

Question:I've got KIA Pregio van and i would like to intall shelves and wood florr in my van. shelves are for my tool arrangement. i'm a tiler. so i have to bring my tools in my car. i saw some of van have got wood floor and shelves for tool arangement.

Please, give me some info for these and recomend some shop or factory. thanks...

One of the best arrangements I ever saw for the back of a van was a raised floor about a foot deep with a huge slide-out drawer the length of the floor system with dividers, so All of your tools could be hidden and still be able to haul plywood, underlayment on top of it ..
