What is the best way to remove wall paper from a sheet rock wall?

Use warm soapy water, and peel the corner a little, with a sponge, soak the edge that is being pulled off until it becomes easier to pull and just keep going at that angle. Be sure to keep where you are pulling wet...this will allow it to come off better in one sheet rather than having places of wallpaper still stuck to the wall everywhere. After that sheet, you will have to scrape what little is left on the wall. Then go to the next sheet of wall paper.
Wallpaper paste remover and a scraper. Perferate the paper before applying the remover.
Paint it with a mixture of warm water and liquid fabric softener. get really moist and start peeling and it SHOULD come right off, unless the people ho applied it did it wrong
