Where is a good place to find cheap chairs? like small short stools?

Craft stores have some small short stools and they don't cost much. Another idea would be Ikea.

Goodwill stores in my area sometimes surprise me with the inexpensive chairs that they have. The last time I was there I saw stools as well as a puzzling number of nice desk chairs. That's where I would start my search.
