You could do it on the sims 2.
You would have to buy it though.
There are packages that do that. You can pick them up at any of the places like Bests Buy, Staples. They might be downloadable.

Try the SIms, it's a computer game where you build your own house from scratch and let people live in it. It's not a website, and you'd have to buy it. but you can design your house the way you want to and save it to keep record of it.
Not really realistic, but close. Just pick the furniture you want, and put in a room. You have to make each room separately though. It is more like a doll house maker though. Also eLouai has house makers and other things like that. Its worth the while to check it out.

Download sketchup the the trial is free and unlimited it is the best i love it and then you can put the finished house into google earth. I love it
