How much does plastering and artexing cost?

Question:i am decorating my bedroom and the walls really need plastering, dont know the size sorry, but it is a double bedroom. how much do you think this would cost to get it done? also thinking about getting the ceiling artexed, any ideas?

Don't get it artexed!! Why would you? It's horrible, and is very expensive to get removed when you get bored of it. Just get your ceiling re-skimmed with plaster if it's looking a bit worn down.

Replastering room should cost about £400. But then it really depends on what part of the country you live in.
