Las Vegas Themed Bedroom Decor...?

Question:Hi Everyone,

My little brother in-law lives with my husband and myself. The B-I-L just graduated from high school and is crazy into Vegas and card games- He's away working at a summer camp right now and as a suprise my husband and I would like to redecorate his room in a Vegas-y Nighclub-y kind of style.

Any ideas out there?

We already have a really great framed print of Marilyn Monroe and we'll be painting/using his exsisting furniture which is your basic Oak bedroom set. We do plan to buy him a desk since he'll be entering college this fall. We live in a rental so we've got the basic beige carpet but no overhead light. Lighting is an issue as well... as is the budget. All ideas are welcome!
