get source of information, you can buy it or get the book from the library.
Home depot, lowes, lumber store, hardware store
if you have a good lumber yard nearby, you can special order there, I just ordered and received 14 ply plywood in 4 x 8 sheets 2" thick @ 14.99 .they are called 'blows'
if all else fails for you, purchase, 2 sheets of 1 1/8" T & G 4'x8' and glue & clamp them together and saw to desired dimensions.
any lumber store will have what you need...if you need something that big, 2 sheets may be answer, remember it needs support in the middle too...not just on the sides...
Most lumber yards have large peices of wood call & ask if they don't they will know who to contact.
Try a speciality lumber store not menards or home depot. If they do not have it they would be the ones who might be able to get it for you.
I don't know where you are, but I googled "oversized plywood" and found a bunch of places that carry it. Hopefully one of them is in your area. Good luck.
