The quality probably isn't that good, and it probably is a single hung window and a single pane window! You get what you pay for!
The windows are not very good and the workmanship is even worse but they do the trick.

$189.00 says it all. Man you get what you pay for and I image from the price tag, it isn't that much. I wouldn't want them in my home.
This is probably an add that should read "For as little as $189". This is certainly a minimum price just to get a salesmans foot in the door.
