Don't listen to the guy that said to call Lowes. They tend to be much higher than an independent contractor. On jobs where I have bid against Lowes I am usually 20 - 40% cheaper with the same quality windows. Plus you are helping someone in your own community. Make sure whoever you use is reputable that way if anything does go wrong you know it will get fixed.

Contact window replacement companies and ask for quotes. Then accept the one that fits your needs and your budget.
Is there a LOWE'S near you? they install Pella windows and the price (here in Michigan) was VERY reasonable. We replaced 17 windows with casement (crank out style instead of double hung... even though double hung would have been cheaper I don't like the look as well)windows. they took out the old and replaced with new. the total cost INSTALLED was $6500. they even came out and measured everything so I didn't even have to worry about doing that!
Who ever you choose, remember Building Regs!
Check if the company is Fensa registered, if not contact your local Council's Building Control Section. If you don't you'll have problems if/when you want to sell the property.
