4 ft Pyramid texture problems?

Question:I need to build an 4 ft pyramid for a car show and have the same appearance as sane and still be able to set it up and tear it down with ease.

Answers:
Build it with construction foam board or plywood with the fasteners on the inside corners, so that it can be turned on its side and disassembled by loosening a few wing-nuts on the underside. Next have a foundry make a mold and pour a textured rubber jacked that will slide right onto and fit snugly on the rigid frame. This way it will be seamless and the foamboard will make it rigid, but when disassembled it will easily fit in the back of your car for transport.
