Do you know how much work/labor is involved in laying a wood floor?not to mention the cost of the flooring (min.$2.35 per sq, ft.) You will never find anybody to do it for free! If you are a ''hardship'' case and are ''elderly'' a church might help you out in your area. Good Luck!
Putting down wood floors is labor intensive. If you are physically able, and have friends or family to help it is very easy to go to a DIY site on the web & learn to do it yourself. It is very unlikely you will find someone to purchase tghe supplies, & perform the service for you for free. If you are disabled, elderly, or have a floor that is a safety hazard, you may be able to find some charitable organization that will provide some small assistance. But I do not believe that someone must have wood floors. If you can not afford to buy them go for the cheaper laminate, or better yet vinyl that mimics wood.Wood floors done professionally are quite an expense to get, and to maintain depending on the type you get.However, I you so happen to run across that benevolent soul that does this for you please send them to me next.
