Question:I want to make this a double extention, the foundations have been checked and can support the additional structure, how much am I looking at roughly?

It all depends on size,but say 10 x 12 about 20 grand
Should be looking at roughly £15,000 depending on your area. Bearing in mind you will have to strip the roof and make it water resistant for a few weeks and you will need scaffolding. This all could incur extra cost.
The average price for comparison is £1400.00 per square meter. (Council charge in Cardiff £2000.00 sqm.)
Between 15-20,00 is realistic.
