I've got a window in my shower, does anyone know of some kind of waterproof frosted tint you can put on it.
Question:I thought about putting a curtain on it, but I think a waterpoof frosted tint would work out nice to put on it instead. Any ideas?

For a quick and easy fix try the sun shade film they sell in the automotive department. It is used to cover the car windows on the inside to keep out sun rays and darken the window. It comes in big sections that can be cut to fit any area. Wet the window with a sponge and stick it up on the window. This can be taken down anytime you get sick of it or want a change.
I use this on my sky-lights to keep out the summer sun and heat. It works really great. Comes in different tints from light to dark. Isn't real expensive either, walmart has it. You will be able to see out, but no one can see in.
You can go to home depot or Lowes...they will have exactly what you need.
A shower is a tough place for a film to work for very long. I would try frosting or etching the glass itself rather that trying film.
Replace the clear pane of glass with a frosted one.
Sticking a frosted film/contact over the pane will only result in the contact peeling off due to steam.
Buying new glass may cost a bit at first but it is the best solution in the long term.
You can buy window frosting in a spray or stick on sheets with or without a pattern. Try Home Depot, Lowes, Target, or any home improvement type catalog.

Consider a chemical etching cream if you are looking for a permanent solution. You can buy them at most hardware stores, Home Depot or Lowe's (U.S.). When you use these creams, they permanently "etch" the glass so it is opaque. It is irreversible, but a great solution for showers. If you decide to opt for chemical etching, it is inexpensive, but the chemicals are caustic, so read the directions and adhere to the safety factor. However, it's easy and inexpensive.
